How does drop off and pickup work?

Drop offs and pickups are by appointment only 7 days a week. Dropoff hours are 6 am to 5 pm and pickup hours are 6 am to 7 pm. We ask that you please notify us if you cannot make your appointment and that you be respectful of the fact that this is a private home. The dogs and I are frequently outside walking/playing and unexpected vehicles coming in the yard pose a safety risk to a large pack of off leash dogs.

What do I bring when boarding my dog?

• Food (you do not need to bring bowls)

• Copy of current vaccine/preventative records (most clients have their vet email a copy to us)

• Bed/Blanket (optional)

• Treats (optional)

• Please no toys. Dogs tend to be possessive over their own toys. We have a basket of community dog toys that they are welcome to play with.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, Venmo and PayPal.

Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs or extended stays?

No. We have very limited capacity and therefore do not offer special rates.
